Max Dahlstrand from Sweden converts to islam. This is his story. He was not looking for islam or anything, but Allah sent him a muslim and this man talked about islam and the words came to his heart. After that he tried to find muslims in Stockholm, capital of Sweden, and by chance he heard about a place and he went there. Today there is a mosque in Stockholm, and everybody can go there. Swedish people are lost and needs hidaja very much. Only 5 % are Christians in belief.
The way to convert to islam is the same. You say shahada: La illahah illa Allah, Muhammad rasul Allah. There is no God but Allah, Muhammad is his Messenger. But the way to Islam is not the same. Read and watch videos of some of the converts that are around the world.

Sweden has moved quite humbly beyond the need for the earthly trappings of religion. The country is filled with spiritual people who are intellectually sophisticated and not easily taken by religious entrepreneurs. And it is a country that is more equal in terms of gender identity than any country in the world. Challenging this is a step in the wrong direction. Max and Åke are 2 Swedes who very much enjoy being at the center of attention in a world where they can be different from those with whom they grew up. It's an interesting story psychologically at least. I hope that their real mission will simply be to foster understanding and peace between cultures. Proselytism is unncessary and only breeds conflict among peoples. A spiritual world without formal religion is what we should all strive for.
